QUANTITY OF USE AND METHOD: Meat, chicken, fish, milk etc. It can be used safely for cleaning floors, equipment and outdoor areas in food establishments. First of all, the surfaces to be cleaned should be cleaned from rough dirt by pre-rinsing with 40-60C water. Then the solution prepared with 40-60C hot water is used in the concentration specified in daily floor, wall, tool and equipment cleaning. It is applied to the surface with pressurized machines or apparatus and after waiting for 10-15 minutes, it is rinsed with 40-60C clean water.
